SeT runs restaurants in Tokyo and Okayama, Japan. In Tokyo, enjoy Japanese-Italian dishes at Sakaba Arata near Shinjuku Station, or a bowl of Okayama-style Kasaoka Ramen at Ichigendou in Jimbocho. English menus are available at both.

A relaxed izakaya serving “Wa-Italian” — creative dishes that blend Japanese ingredients with Italian cooking. Fresh bread is served free-flowing with your table charge, and the signature rare salmon katsu is a must-try. As seen on TBS “Hiruobi” (Oct 14, 2026).

Kasaoka Ramen Ichigendou
笠岡ラーメン 一元堂 神保町店
The only place in Jimbocho serving Kasaoka Ramen, a local specialty of Okayama. The rich, deep broth is made from Japanese mature hens, topped with firm, flavorful hen chashu. Large size is free — come hungry.
